标准配件：
  • 3个Teflon样品室填块，可以调整样品室内径到3”，2”和1.25”
  • SOTERTM冷凝器，分离废弃乙醇和废气二氧化碳，降低排气噪音；
  • 高压不锈钢LCO2管（内衬Teflon） 3 米长；
  • 外部LCO2过滤装置，去除水/油以及颗粒（小至0.5μm），过滤装置可预先与LCO2管连接，安装方便；
  • 防静电排气管，用于PURGE/VENT/BLEED和COOL时的排气；
  • 流量计，可精确控制BLEED的排气速率；
